Many brain studies are hard to reproduce because researchers use different analysis methods, and AI models often predict outcomes without explaining why. This project develops a transparent and reproducible framework that links brain dynamics with explainable AI to understand how analytical choices shape scientific results. The framework will be used to study why some young people with familial risk of schizophrenia or bipolar disorder develop problems while others remain resilient.
